Fast Camp

Molly went to Fast Camp for a week. It was a day camp and they had a performance at the end. The pictures are of her performance. Fast Camp stands for "Fine Arts Summer Training camp", she had a lot of fun and I got to do a lot of shopping while she was gone! It was a great performance and all of the kids had a great time!!

New Haircuts

We went to go get haircuts on Molly's birthday. Mine is a lot sorter than it used to be, and Molly's is about 2 inches from what she had it last!

Sardis

We stopped at this incredible sight on our way back to Istanbul! It was just amazing, how much they had restored and rebuilt! It was so cool to see the history and story behind this amazing city! It is also one of the churches in Revelation! It was also so cool to see the temple! It was so awesome!!!!

Hierapolis

This was to the left of Pamukkale. It was really cool!! It was a restored amphitheater! There were ruins everywhere which made it really awesome!! Daddy was explaining everything to us. He and I decided to take a little detour to some more ruins but it ended up taking forever, but I still enjoyed it! It was truly amazing!!

The Thermal Pool

Right off to the side of Pamukkale there is a thermal pool. It is basically a hotsprings. Molly and my parents went in it last time they came here. They said it really wasn't that great. There is moss everywhere and you are swimming in really warm water when its 90 degrees outside. It looked but not really my kind of swimming pool!!

Pamukkale (Cotton Castle)

We had a great time on Pamukkale! It was a lot of fun! The pools were full of cold water and the white mud was sooo cool!!!! We squished our feet in it for a long time. In the pictures the white stuff looks like snow, but actually with it being 90something degrees outside, that's not really possible. The white "snow" is actually rock and minerals! It was pretty awesome.... It made for a great day!!

Our Pamukkale Hotel

We stayed in a nice relaxing hotel when we were in Pamukkale. It had a pool full of calcium water, and a bathroom with a shower head sticking out of the wall (no doors, to the shower). It served breakfast and dinner. We had a good time, with just our family. It was really fun!!
